Lookmarks — Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a Lookmarks user account, a Style Guide order, a retailer platform subscription, or a Media Desk booking. It should be read together with our Refund Policy, which governs whether amounts already paid are refunded.

2. Lookmarks user accounts

The Lookmarks app is free forever — there is no subscription to cancel. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings) or by emailing info@lookmarks.co.za. Cancellation is unconditional and takes effect immediately; your data is then handled in accordance with the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.

3. Style Guide purchase

The Style Guide is a single, once-off purchase, not a recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel going forward. If you want to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled, email info@lookmarks.co.za immediately after checkout. Once the signed download link has been generated and emailed to you, the order is treated as fulfilled and is subject to section 2 of our Refund Policy rather than cancellation.

4. Retailer platform subscriptions (Premium Partner)

The Premium Partner plan is a recurring monthly subscription with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. To cancel, email info@lookmarks.co.za or your Lookmarks account contact before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period — your Premium features stay active until then, after which your listing automatically continues on the free Standard Partner plan. Cost-per-click (CPC) and commission charges already accrued up to the cancellation date remain payable.

5. Media Desk bookings

Featuredis booked monthly. You may cancel at any time, effective from the next billing month; the current month's placement, once scheduled or posted, runs as booked.

Style Guide Partneris a fixed-term booking for a single quarterly edition. Cancellation notice must be given before that edition's content-lock date (communicated to you at booking) to avoid billing for the next edition. A booking cannot be cancelled once production for the edition has begun.

6. How to cancel

Email info@lookmarks.co.za with your account or business name and the plan or package you wish to cancel. We will confirm the cancellation and its effective date in writing.
